We guarantee that:–
After the order has been confirmed, your filter system will be installed within 14 days unless you request otherwise. If this does not happen you will receive a 20% discount off the agreed purchase price.

If you are not completely happy with our product or service within 60 days of the date of purchase we will remove your water filter system and give you a full refund on the purchase price.

If your filter needs repairing within five years of the purchase date, the repairs will be carried out at no charge to you. NO fee for labour – NO fee for parts – NO questions asked.

If your filter needs repairing after five years from the purchase date, the repairs will be carried out and you will only pay for parts. NO fee for labour – NO questions asked.

Our filter casings DO NOT burst. However if this does occur within the warranty period we will conduct repairs on not only the filter but on any damage that occurs as a direct result of the faulty water filter system at no cost to you. This only applies to filters that have not been tampered with by anyone other than an authorised Eagle Lifestyle representative.

We will contact you within 7 days of the recommended due date to arrange a suitable time for the filter service to be carried out. The service includes cleaning, sterilising and replacement of filter cartridge(s).
